Safety and security
The safety and security of the Owner, family, guests, crew and the yacht are paramount. This is our number one priority in everything that we do. We go above and beyond to ensure safety and security, and we have elaborate systems to measure and protect them.
We emphasize prevention, but we also have emergency measures in place. If anything does occur, we are prepared to take immediate action.
ISM / ISPS (For commercial yachts over 500 gross tons)
- Create, implement, and oversee a Safety Management System (SMS) tailored specifically to your vessel
- Create, implement, and oversee a Ship’s Security Plan (SSP)
- Provide a Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO), as well as deputies, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any kind of situation that arises
- Perform audits and provide reports to ensure vessel is meeting all Flag and Class requirements as well as the company’s ISM and ISPS protocols
Safety Management for Yachts under 500 GT

Financial management
Finances might happen behind the scenes, but getting them right is integral to the everyday success of the yacht. Knowledgeable and responsible shore-based accounting allows the Captain and crew to do what they do best, which is running a fine yacht- not to mention exceeding the Owner’s expectations.
Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reporting
Regular reporting is integral to any proper financial management. We make a point of recording our finances on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to ensure we’re being responsible. These are provided directly to the Owner and Captain.
Purchase order, Invoice Verification and Payment
Purchase orders are processed, invoices are verified, and payments are issued. We offer flexible services to suit your needs based on the invoice’s origin, amount, and speed required.
Bank Accounts
Bank accounts are set-up for the yacht in an offshore location. Let us know whatever currency you prefer, and we’re happy to set it up.
Foreign Exchange Management
Banks often charge for currency transfers- not to mention that they also take a “margin” between the buy and sell rates. We can register you with a broker to consult with so that you get the best deal.
Worldwide Petty Cash Transfers
As required, the Captain can arrange cash transfers in your desired currency from the bank of your choice.
Crew Payroll
We manage the crew’s payroll in compliance with all applicable laws and make all salary payments, so you never have to worry about it.
Insurance
We are happy to advise you on what insurance plan is right for you. We are familiar with all the areas of risk and can help you ensure that you have a comprehensive coverage.
Planned maintenance
Planned maintenance is key to maintaining the vessel’s reliability and ultimate value. We use our specialist knowledge and experience to keep our yachts in pristine condition.
We use a maintenance system to reduce our risk of operational performance failure. We also prioritize the training of all of our crew members so that quality is at the forefront of all decision making.
The Owner can monitor the maintenance reports and view upcoming maintenance and maintenance reviews if they choose to.
