With one week left till the eagerly anticipated MYS, there’s lots to prepare. With the industry gearing up for the biggest show yet, it is all steam ahead across the industry.
To begin our week of preparations, we start by diving into the best of the best – the Annual MYS Awards Gala 2019.
Between cocktails, canapes and superyacht ‘hop ons’, there’s plenty to do in between. This week, we break down the ultimate zone-focussed experience through our comprehensive guide to the various luxury zones at MYS 2019. From the Sapphire Experience to the Upper Deck Lounge, there’s plenty to be discovered, and proves the Monaco Yacht Show is more than just a place for superyachting.
As we continue to shine a spotlight on the boats currently cruising into Port Hercules, we also turn our attention to some of the most stand-out interiors on offer in Monaco next week. From 111m TIS to the glamorous Okto, the enviable interiors at the show will have you in awe, and with many of its critically acclaimed designers on the shores, who could ask for more?
With shipyards sharing breaking-news just days pending the show’s arrival, the industry remains at the edge of its seat. The world premiere of 79m CRN 135 at Monaco Yacht Show is just one of them, head over to the full story for more details before her ocean debut.
Edging ever closer to the show-stopping event, is the ‘smartest’ concept at MYS, Sangi. The 55m Sangi is a sub-500GT is the ultimate motoryacht designed for owners who think outside the box. News has also continued across the board. Milan-based Ferretti Group has announced its plans to proceed with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by the end of October this year. Not only this, we turn our attention to the American market, joined by Chris Stokes, Yachting Director of Equiom. Our privileged insight includes the discussion of a growing number of new, younger American owners turning to the continent to build their dream.
