\n\u2018We do what we say we will do,\u2019 says Kate. \u2018And our commitment to doing things the right way does not end with the closing of a transaction. In fact, it begins there again. Our capital improvement program is really robust. We typically have a 1-year, 3-year and 5-year program for each property that aims to improve the environmental health, physical improvements, and overall experience of the properties.\u2019
