Design Unlimited Unveils Partnership with Vanquish Yachts
\n \tDesign Unlimited, the multi-award winning British design studio headed by the talented Mark Tucker, has announced a new partnership with Netherlands-based Vanquish Yachts.
\n Vanquish Yachts are known for their sleek, high-speed and adventure-ready sports yachts. Geared toward the adrenaline-seeking Owner, Vanquish Yachts\u2019 dynamic new partnership with Design Unlimited promises to bring high performance into a new level of radical aesthetic. The result? Some of the coolest yachts to ever hit the water.\u00a0
\nThe brilliance of this Anglo-Dutch collaboration can be evidenced in two new models; the VQ45 and VQ80. The Vanquish VQ45 marked the first model to feature an interior penned by Design Unlimited, and serves as a reminder of the ability of both Vanquish and Design Unlimited to meet their clients\u2019 wishes in the most unique and imaginative way possible.\u00a0
\nOn both models, the utmost care has been taken to ensure absolute optimisation of space and top levels of comfort even at high speeds. There is no compromise on lifestyle features; despite their deceptively streamlined and compact design, the interiors of the Vanquish Yachts\u2019 models offer incredible room for relaxation and socialising.
\nThe Vanquish 80, now in production, features an interior arrangement by Guide de Groot comprising a lounge on the main deck with galley facilities, master cabin and two en suite guest twins. The VQ80 also comes equipped with a large garage able to accommodate a Vanquish jet tender and array of water toys.
\nAlthough the design architecture is highly customisable according to clients\u2019 individual wishes and requirements, the theme laid out by Design Unlimited is clean and contemporary in accordance with the most in-demand trends of our time. Inspired by sports cars and in keeping with the very distinctive signature feel of the Vanquish range, Design Unlimited have instilled a modern and minimalistic feel accentuated by statement colours and rich materials.\u00a0
\nAs is standard on a luxury yacht of its calibre, the VQ80 has been furnished with glossy lacquer and porcelain surfaces to give a smooth, high-end feel, complemented by extensive use of glass and light surfaces to enhance an airy feel throughout. Careful attention has been paid to lighting details, which are potent but subtle, and the interior fittings have been sourced from premium European brands.<\/p>\n
