Les Voiles d\u2019Antibes Returns for 25th Edition
\n \tAfter months of disruption to the yachting and sailing calendar, excitement is building as Les Voiles d\u2019Antibes returns this month for its 25th edition. The event, which will once again be sponsored by Hill Robinson, was originally scheduled for June but will now take place from 16-20 September.
\n Hill Robinson, with a strong base in Antibes and a special relationship with Port Vauban, has issued a \u2018safety first\u2019 message as it gears up to return as sponsors of the prestigious regatta.
\nThe 25th edition of Les Voiles d\u2019Antibes will feature over 50 classic sailing yachts, with famous names such as Tuiga, Hallowe\u2019en and Monbeam of Fife among those participating in the regatta. The partners of Hill Robinson will again be participating, ready for competitive fun as they man the sails of their personal classics.
\nNick Hill, founding partner of Hill Robinson, expressed his commitment to ensuring the event proceeds in a safe and secure manner without dampening the spirit of sailing festivity. \u201cEven with the social distancing rules now part of all our everyday lives, Hill Robinson has a clear duty and responsibility to reinforce the message from the organization committee that holds the event in strict compliance with the current government and local safety rules and guidance,\u201d said Hill. \nDuring the regatta, the Hill Robinson \u2018Teamwork\u2019 award is up for grabs, a prize which recognises crew teamwork and safety onboard the classic racing yachts, something which is certainly fitting considering this tumultuous year.
