This month Dylan Fletcher nominates the AC75 \u2018RB3\u2019\u2018RB3\u2019 was the hull name of INEOS Britannia, the AC75 the British America\u2019s Cup team sailed in the 37th America\u2019s Cup Match against Emirates Team New Zealand after winning the Louis Vuitton Cup Challengers Series \u2013 the best British performance in over 90 years.
\nDylan Fletcher shared America\u2019s Cup helming duties with team boss Sir Ben Ainslie.
\n\u201cMy coolest yacht would have to be either Shamrock IV or RB3,\u201d he explains, \u201cThe two most successful British challenges of the Cup.
\n\u201cRB3 certainly means the most to me, given it was my first time sailing a Cup boat and it was such an epic experience.
\n\u201cSailing RB3 was breathtaking. A huge leap from the AC40 into an incredible piece of engineering that is very rewarding to sail, hugely technical, that requires finesse to maximise the performance. Finally fulfilling a dream to helm a British America\u2019s Cup was something else.\u201d<\/p>\n
