\nBlack Friday 2024 is getting closer and sailors will likely be able to pick up some real bargains. But it\u2019s no secret that in recent years big retailers have used used a number of underhand tactics to make discouts seem deeper than they actually are or offload old product.
\nOur team spends the whole of Black Friday and the weeks in the build up to the big day price checking and monitoring all deal pricing to make sure they\u2019re genuine deals. We do a huge amount of gear testing ourselves, lead by our Tech Editor, Fox Morgan so we know a good Black Friday boating deal when we see one.
\nIn previous years major marine retailers such as Gael Force Marine, West Marine and Helly Hansen have been running some very attractive offers and have usually had the best Balck Friday Deals for sailors that we could find but we will also trawl through Amazon, Walmart and Decathlon to pick out some of the best Black Friday boating deals there too.

\tDecathlon Itiwit Inflatable Kayak was \u00a3299.99, n0w \u00a3199.99 at Amazon.
\nFull disclosue I\u2019ve not tested this 2-3 person inflatable Kayak from French outdoor giant Decathlon. However, I\u2019ve tested other Kayaks in their Itiwit range and paddleboards too and the have all been really good quality for the price.
\nTypically I\u2019d suggest Decathlon\u2019s Itiwit range is best suited for beginners and at just under \u00a3200 it\u2019s clearly targeted there. As such I should put a reminder here to be careful about using an inflatable kayak on the sea in high winds as they are easily blown offshore.<\/p>\n
